Join RI Birth Network founder and yoga teacher Erin Goodman and her daughter Lily, for an afternoon of playful yoga, colorful creative expression and supportive community.
For girls ages 5-10 and their mothers (or other adult female role model). This mini-retreat is designed to deepen connections and foster open communication while offering time to relax together and enjoy lots of healthy fun!
Participants will leave with fresh perspectives, inspiration and a ‘tool kit’ of peaceful ideas to practice at home. No yoga experience is necessary.
Class size is limited to 10 adults.
