In this two hour introduction participants will learn the basics of yoga philosophy, breathing practices and beginning poses. The afternoon will include discussion and presentation, a
guided practice of poses and relaxation, and a question and answer period.
Ideal for those brand new to yoga as well as students who may have jumped in to classes without ever getting the basics.
