Join Erin Barrette Goodman and her daughter Lily for an afternoon of playful yoga, colorful creative expression, soothing self care, and supportive community. For girls ages 5-10 and their mothers (or other adult female role models). This mini-retreat is designed to foster mutual respect and open communication, while providing time to relax and reflect, and LOTS of healthy fun!

About the teacher:
Erin Barrette Goodman is a multi-media artist, interfaith minister, yoga teacher and passionate builder of community.
