Elaine completed her yoga teacher training at Innerlight Center for Yoga and Meditation last November and is registered with the Yoga Teaching Alliance Registry.  She teaches Yoga for Beginners.  She came to yoga relatively late in life and has been practicing for almost 9 years.  She is interesting in sharing with others the benefits she has enjoyed.
