Practicing mindfulness can help with stress and anxiety, cultivate attention and focus, and boost the immune system. But so often we “forget" to be mindful and when we do we lose the opportunity to find more joy and well-being in our lives. What if we were “reminded” to be mindful on a daily basis? What type of effect would that have on our lives?
Priscilla Szneke invites you to join her for a 21-Day Mindfulness Challenge. Each week, over a four-week period, we will meet to review a different mindfulness strategy with the intention to practice it everyday for the week. You will get a daily mindful prompt sent directly to your inbox, which will include instructions, reminders or suggestions to keep you on track. And we meet in community for encouragement, to explore questions and gain insight as well as teacher support to help you on your mindfulness journey.
You have the option to attend an afternoon or evening meeting time. This program is appropriate for anyone but may be especially useful for those who have completed an MBSR program or done mindfulness in the past and would like a refresher or reminders.
Any questions or concerns, please contact Priscilla at pszneke@msn.com.
