Chakra Balancing Yoga - an 8 Week Series Online

Join Rachael for this 8-week series where we will activate and align our energetic centers, creating space for new energy to flow freely and for authentic growth to take root. For many of us, the darker winter months can lead to feelings of heaviness and sluggishness. This series will use a combination of:
Vinyasa Flow
Meditation
Chanting
Mudra

Pranayama (breathwork) to invigorate healing as well as cultivating a sense of lightness and radiance from within.

Week 1 will be 90 minutes long to introduce the 7 energy centers with a
Chakra Tune-Up.
The following 7 weeks be 60 minutes long and will focus on a different chakra each week.
Feel free to join all 8 weeks, or pick and choose classes that speak to you.
Will be held online using Zoom. Drop-ins welcome.
