Recent trends in teaching yoga have empowered students to personalize their practice, find ‘their version’ of any given posture. But with this veering away from indicating that there is a particular ‘right way’ to be in the pose, some students are left missing out on important information and guidance for understanding and finding key components of the postures.

· support areas where you currently experience discomfort, instability or uncertainty
· feel more comfortable in your body, on your mat and in your life
In these classes, you’ll benefit from personalized attention and options to align and support the body. You’ll come away with more understanding about the energetics and benefits of the postures, and tools and props to help you find the best version of the pose in your body.
In these 75 minute classes, there will be time for you to receive personalized cues, suggestions, and hands on assists (when welcomed). This level of individualization is an opportunity most 60 minute group classes cannot provide.
When you find the alignment that sits just right in your body, both effort and ease are present. This balance in your practice means you will have more freedom, confidence and grace in your yoga.
Each class ends in a restorative posture with guided relaxation, leaving you feeling settled, grounded and rested.
