Led by Cynthia Bassett this series for new yogis will feature the basics of yogic breathing, foundational poses, and philosophy. Will also include writing prompts to integrate yoga practice. Bring a journal and pen. In Person / In Studio. Class size limited to 12.
Cynthia completed her RYT 200-hour training at Innerlight Yoga in 2021 and is a member of the Yoga Alliance. She began her personal yoga practice in 2016.
She teaches yoga for beginners and meets students wherever they are. Her teaching style is a blend of yogic breathing techniques, foundational poses, philosophy, and journaling to integrate yoga at a deeper level.
Cynthia has an MFA in writing from Vermont College and a certificate in expressive and creative arts from Salve Regina University. She believes in both yoga and writing as spiritual practices.
