Born & raised on Aquidneck Island, Áine has been teaching fitness classes & just recently graduated from her 200 Shanti Om Yoga Teacher Training with Lori Pagliaroni.
Áine grew up taking gymnastics classes as a kid at the Newport YMCA & took her first yoga class with Lori in high school & ever since then loved yoga. It felt familiar in her body because of the gymnastics background and fell in love with the practice.
