A weekend of Proprioceptive Writing®
Do you feel like winter has used you up and tossed you aside?
Regroup in a quiet setting – commune with your own thoughts, become absorbed in the stories of your own life.
Greet spring in a beautiful, historic Great Camp away from the distractions
of internet and iPhone.

Proprioceptive Writing® (PW) is a simple method of self-communion that anyone can learn. Practiced to music in 25-minute sessions, PW can quiet your mind, focus your thoughts, clarify your feelings and ignite your imagination. Its many benefits include a rediscovery of self-trust, self-trust you may have thought was impossible.

PW was pioneered 40 years ago by Linda Trichter Metcalf, Ph.D. She and her partner, Tobin Simon, Ph.D., have taught at Kripalu, Omega, Esalen and many other spiritual centers.

Ann Mullen and Kim Chandler lead this workshop. Kim and Ann have studied extensively with Linda Metcalf, and have taught at Kripalu and Wisdom House Retreat Center.

"Loved every minute of this weekend! Kim, you created such a peaceful, safe, warm, supportive environment in which to practice PW. I learned so much and am even more inspired that I already was to keep going with this practice.” ~Erika Moore
