Attendance at one Orientation to Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a prerequisite for participation in the full MBSR course.
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an 8-week, evidence-based course developed and studied by Jon Kabat-Zinn and researchers at the UMASS Medical Center for Mindfulness. It has been shown to lower stress, boost immune response, and bring relief and joy to people with a variety of physical and psychological conditions.
