Who: Women interested in learning a simple writing process for self inquiry, self discovery, self connection. The Proprioceptive Writing method is easy to learn and a pleasure to practice. PW, is a solitary practice that can be done in the presence of others. Thus, it lends itself perfectly to a women’s retreat day as well as to ongoing home practice.
Details: Lunch break will be an hour, approximately 1pm-2pm. You are welcome to bring your lunch and make use of the full kitchen available in our retreat space. Or go out to one of the many nearby local options.
During the retreat day participants will learn how to practice PW. This includes Kim talking about PW, participants practicing in 20-25 minute sessions and Kim’s follow up coaching on the practice after each session. All materials are included, participants can expect to be able to do PW on their own at home.
Cost: $150 includes materials.

Kim Chandler, owner/director of Innerlight Center for Yoga & Meditation has practiced Proprioceptive Writing for over 25 years. PW has been an ally in an adventurous life with many twists and turns. She is on the faculty of the PW Center based in Oakland, CA and teaches regularly at Kripalu Center in Lenox, MA, Wisdom House in Litchfield, CT and in private venues in NYC. Additionally, Kim teaches locally at Innerlight and consults privately by phone.
