Vinyasa Flow: A beautifully sequenced yoga flow linking breath to movement. This accessible approach to yoga is both powerful and empowering. It integrates classic and modern styles of yoga, refining body balance while increasing strength and flexibility.
Dharma Yoga is a system of classical Hatha-Raja Yoga based on Sri Dharma Mittra’s fifty plus years of practice and teaching. The practice is appropriate for students of all levels, from beginner to lifelong practitioners. Sri Dharma Mittra was given an extraordinary gift of knowledge in receiving yoga directly from his Guru, Sri Swami Kailashananda a.k.a Yogi Gupta. Dharma Yoga is a devotional practice that emphasizes good health, a clear mind and a kind heart. The method weaves together asana (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), Yoga Nidra (concentration and meditation) in order to bring all students closer to the goal of Self-Realization.
Gentle Yoga - This class both strengthens and nurtures the student. The pace of this class is slow and transitions are gradual. Students must be able to move from floor to standing and back without assistance. Beginners welcome.
