Winter is the essential season for connecting more deeply with our innermost selves. All is still and quiet in winter, and the practice of Yin yoga allows us to listen deeply, uncovering our inner light within the darkest of the seasons.
Practice breath work, meditation and explore the classic Yin yoga poses, rejuvenating your body (especially your organs and connective tissue) and your energy reserves in the process. Bring your journal as there is time to integrate at the conclusion of class.
All levels welcome.
