This is a lovely grounded class, little to no standing. Appropriate for all levels.
Yin offers longer holds, 3-5 minutes. Primarily working the lower body, hips, pelvis, lumbar spine, areas rich with connective tissue. Creating beneficial tension and stress as strength and flexibility is improved with time. Yin is a quiet and complex practice that will help cultivate patience, focus and stability, in both body and mind.
